Ecco la ricetta facile ma super gustosa:

Dopo aver sbollentato la zucca, metti a rosolare la cipolla con la pancetta, sale, pepe per circa 
10 min, aggiungi la zucca e continua per altri 10 minuti a fuoco lento. Unisci il riso e fallo cuocere aiutandoti con l’aggiunta di brodo vegetale finche’ non sara’ cotto. Aggiungi il Parmigiano Reggiano per renderlo cremoso, manteca per alcuni minuti, servilo ancora caldo con una spruzzata di prezzemolo fresco ed un altro po’ di Parmigiano Reggiano...ecco un piatto tipicamente autunnale, gustoso e cremoso 💕
