I received:

- Chia sachets, very handy to pop into your handbag or gynbag fir a healty snack, they are exact 15g the ammount recomend.

- Chia Oil Imega 3, the right amount of Omega 3 for an healthy body and mind.

Chia seeds, which are members of the Salvia Hispanica family, along with mint, were a prized food to the ancient Aztecs and Mayan, empires revered chia seeds as vital nourishment.

                                      

The chia seeds are a concentrated food containing healthy omega-3 fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, antioxidants, and calcium 🌿

🌸 They are gluten/grain free naturally, give you tons of energy but also won’t keep you awake at night and are supposed to be great for weight loss. 

💐 They are easy to digest when prepared properly, and are a very versatile ingredient that adds easily to recipes.

You can do so much with them, probably more than any other food 🌺

I would often have them on my porridge, with some fruit, vegetables, rice dishes, or yogurt or mixed into drinks and baked goods and...even in pancakes! 🦋

- Adesivo da parete molto fine e primaverile. Raffigura una gabbietta con all'interno delle rose e con degli uccellini svolazzanti a fare da contorno. E' davvero un'ottima idea se si ha una parete da riempire con qualcosa di bello ed originale. Unica nota dolente e' che non aderisce perfettamente al muro ma, con un po' di Vinavil e acqua il problema si risolve velocemente.

- Astuccio sui toni del bianco, rosa e nero con un carinissimo gattino sul lato. Perfetto sia come porta penne che come porta pennelli per il trucco. Compatto e manegevole puo' anche essere usato come portatutto da mettere nella nostra borsa e avere sempre tutto a portata di mano.

- Pochette a forma di bauletto in pizzo sui toni del viola e nero. Ottima come porta trucchi da tenere in casa o da portare in viaggio. Molto fashion ed elegante anche da tenere in vista sulla nostra postazione makeup.

- Milky Piggy Retinolo cream crema al retinolo ricca di vitamina A, da usare la notte in quanto risulta molto idratante. Al mattino la pelle risulta morbida, tonica e piu' elastica. Il retinolo ha anche una funzione antirughe.

- Black Head Solution Nose pack maschera in 3 step per il naso per rimuovere impurita' e punti neri. Facile fa usare rende la pelle pulita e fresca.

- Pore Solution Mask maschera per pelli con pori dilatati, aiuta a tenere sotto controllo questo problema. La maschera e' in 3 step differenti con diversi tempi di posa.

🎀 Quante volte vi sara' capitato di perdere un sacco di tempo per avere la linea di eyeliner perfetta e sopratutto uguale in entrambe gli occhi? 🌸
